{S:X;X;0;2;This is the Heading which I call SubHead{ITR-X}{ITR-X}At the end of the Main Heading I execute a \‘Line break\’ rather than a \‘paragraph break\’ by holding down <Ctrl> and then tapping <Return>. Don\’t try to tap both <Ctrl> and <Return> simultaneously\—it never seems to work! The Main Heading is in a style called ZLHeading and I apply it to both the Main Heading and the By Line. After applying ZLHeading to both lines I apply ZLByLine to the By Line. You will notice that the By Line uses a slightly smaller font than the Main Heading..}
{S:X;X;0;3;The remainder of this document, apart from the sub headings, is generally referred to as \‘body text\’ and is the part which must be easy to read. For my ZLBase style the Left margin is set to 2 cm from the left of the printable area. The Paragraph margin is set to 0 cm relative to the Left margin so that the first line of each paragraph is neither indented nor outdented relative to the body text.}
{S:X;X;0;4;I have placed my column width marker at 19.5 cm. My Right margin is 1.5 cm to the left of that column width marker so that my right margin is at 18 cm. I am using a horizontal ruler marked in 0.1 cm divisions.}
{S:X;X;0;5;There is one style in this document called ZLHeadFoot which I don\’t use. There are seven styles which I use in this document called ZLBase, ZLKeyWords, ZLHeading, ZLByLine, ZLSubHead, ZLFileName and ZLTab.}
{S:X;X;0;6;This is another Sub Heading{ITR-X}{ITR-X}At the end of each of my sub headings I hold down <Ctrl> and tap <Return> twice. <Ctrl Return> generates what is called a \‘Line break\’ rather than a \‘Paragraph break\’.}
{S:X;X;0;7;There is a space above each sub heading but no (extra) space below. You can select a paragraph by holding down the <Ctrl> key and tapping <P> (for Paragraph)\\\; the paragraph will appear in reverse video.}
{S:X;X;0;8;After typing the first few words of the first paragraph after the Sub Heading I mark the sub heading and apply the ZLSubHead style to it.}
{S:X;X;0;9;Although some would disagree, I prefer two spaces after a full stop.}
{S:X;X;0;10;Tab Stops{ITR-X}{ITR-X}The 'Region' below contains seven tab stops. The overlay template file [ZLTab1T] contains the style I am using for the next line.}
